For our recent Marketing Masterclass we partnered with Tailormade Sales to provide hints and tips on how to create and deliver effective telemarketing campaigns. The Masterclass, entitled Telemarketing Rocks!, provided the near capacity audience with information and guidance to allow each attendee to save time and money by setting up and delivering their own telemarketing activities. In addition, delegates understood the importance of good data management, pre-call preparation and how to plan their telemarketing around other marketing activity.
